Berthold Technologies´ proven immunoassay data evaluation software can be used with the Multi Crystal Gamma Counter LB 2111 and the AutoLumat Plus LB 953 including the control of respective instruments.
The program includes test-specific iteration methods such as smoothed spline function or logit-log with subsequent linear, quadratic or cubic fit for:

• competitive immunoassays (RIA/LIA)
• immunometric assays (IRMA/ILMA)
• "CUT OFF" software for microbiological tests
• evaluation of allergens and special test such as FTI, Renin, Receptor Assays

Several standard curves can be presented on the screen. Any number and positioning of controls as well as mean values and standard deviations to be defined by the user.
