Ihre Aufgaben:

As Sales Representative you’ll be our go-getter to uncover and chase sales opportunities for our Bioanalytics Business Unit within the BeNeLux affiliate. You are thrilled by selling complex and innovative products which drive new pharmaceutical and analytical breakthroughs. You listen actively to the needs of our demanding customers to be able to use your persuasive personality to close the deal efficiently. Our philosophy is built on empowerment and accountability where you will be provided with the tools and local support to be successful in providing our customers with the bioanalytical solutions they need to reach their goals. You have the ultimate responsibility for customer satisfaction in your territory.

 

More specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks

  • Generate fresh qualified leads and customers for our Bioanalytics Business Unit
  • Develop convincing offers and proactively follow-up of projects
  • Regularly perform demonstrations and provide customer trainings remotely but often hands-on at customer site
  • Organize and participate in marketing activities, such as seminars, workshops, or trade fairs
  • Manage customer satisfaction with all customers through effective coordination with customer support teams
  • 70% of your time will be devoted to the Bioanalytics product line, 30% for support to the radiation protection equipment team
  • Provide market insights to the Marketing & Sales organization of our German Headquarters
  • Direct report to the general manager

Ihr Profil:

  • You have at least a Professional bachelor’s degree in Biology / Biochemistry or related fields
  • Several years’ proven record of success with product and/or project sales in the Life Science industry
  • Comfortable with a hunter-selling environment while effectively collaborate with other teams
  • Very strong in active listening & rapport-building
  • Very efficient in persuading and influencing customers to make the best choice
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record for local travel
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the BeNeLux region
  • Fluent in Dutch and French (both verbal and written)
  • Professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
