General Business Objectives and Quality-Guiding Principles

Our company is committed to qualitative, social and environmentally relevant requirements.
Our business objectives in the course of quality optimization are:

  • Increasing customer satisfaction
  • Optimizing quality
  • Systematic expansion of the market shares through new and improved products

  • Optimizing the interfaces to suppliers and subsuppliers

On this basis we have formulated our Corporate Policy Quality, Safety, Radiation, Health and Environmental Protection:

  • We offer our customers a quality standard that is based on the customer’s requirements as well as the safety, radiation, health and environmental protection standards. In doing so, we ask our customers about their satisfaction with our products and services. In development and production, these findings are used to provide high quality, safe and sustainable products.
  • We define and monitor the individual processes. Through clear representation and mutual information, we create transparency in temporal sequences, factual relationships, and record and evaluate the cost structure.
  • We define and implement our quality, safety, radiation, health, and environmental protection targets annually.
  • We regularly assess, through reviews and internal audits, the defined interfaces in the interaction of the individual processes and react quickly to negative deviations.
  • We design our processes on the premise of optimal customer service taking into account safety, radiation, health and environmental protection requirements. The important environmental aspects are in particular, assessed and documented here. Events are critically analyzed and before introduction of a solution; we consult with all Q / HRE offices of the company. In all these processes, we are committed to creating, maintaining or improving healthy working conditions. For all measures, the following hierarchy always applies 1. Technical solution before 2. Organizational solution before 3. Use of PPE.
  • We comply with legal requirements, government directives and other directives and ensure that our employees comply with them.
  • We strive to avoid accidents at work, work-related diseases, unnecessary radiation exposure and adverse environmental impacts.
  • We compare our actions with those of our competitors and third parties outside the industry. We analyse these measures, comparing them critically with ours.
  • We learn from those who are better than we are and strive to set individual technology standards.
  • All our employees are encouraged to participate in the ongoing continuous improvement process in order to further improve our quality, safety, radiation, health and environmental protection. In doing so, the management level assumes an exemplary role to motivate all employees. At regular intervals, we conduct employee surveys on motivation and satisfaction.
  • The same quality, safety, radiation, health and environmental protection guidelines are applied when assessing our suppliers. Not only the price, but also the reliability of the deliveries are part of the assessment.
