The CONGAUGE LB 6755 is a high-tech radiometric detector developed in collaboration with SMS Concast. It continuously measures both the liquid steel level and the thickness of the casting powder layer, distinguishing the true steel surface from the powder in real time. With a measurement cycle of just 250 ms, it enables automated powder feeder control, reduces human intervention in hazardous areas, and ensures reliable, high-quality casting performance.
