Measuring the density in the pulper
Automatic process flow may be abrupt or ceased if a blockage forms within the pulping process. To ensure a trouble-free operation, the applied measuring system must establish an optimal ratio of wastepaper/pulp to process water. The efficiency of the running process is crucial for the operator. The noncontact measurement is installed outside of the vessel and is therefore not affected by process conditions. Thus, as much raw material as possible can be loaded.
