The best sensitivity for your application

Filters with high transmission characteristics ensure the best sensitivity. BRET and other color luminescence applications are only possible with an extremely efficient optical system working together with the appropriate filters, as used in the Tristar 3 microplate readers. When only weak emission of light is present, as in fluorescence polarization (FP) and time-resolved fluorescence, the measurements can be performed with higher sensitivity and better reproducibility using the appropriate filters. In addition to a broad range of filters, we offer filter sets optimized for specific applications.
